1. Warranty Coverage Period
Momcozy Singapore (J&E Baby & Mothercare Pte Ltd) provides a 12-month (1-year) limited warranty on the Pump Motor (Hub), covering any defects in materials or workmanship. This period begins from your original date of purchase.
To ensure your warranty is valid, please retain your proof of purchase and complete your warranty registration.
2. Scope of Coverage
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in the electronic motor mechanism and battery, provided the product is used as intended and in accordance with the user manual.
Should a defect occur during the warranty period, we will—at our discretion—either repair or replace the unit.
3. Warranty Exclusions & Eligibility
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, our warranty does not cover the following:
- Consumable Components: Wear-and-tear items—including silicone flanges, duckbill valves, diaphragms, and milk collectors—are excluded.
- Liquid Damage: Any damage resulting from moisture or liquid entering the motor unit.
- Improper Use: Damage caused by accidental drops, use of incompatible charging adapters, or failure to follow cleaning instructions.
- Proof of Purchase: Any claims submitted without a valid receipt or proof of purchase from our store.

Authorized Sales Channels: Warranty coverage is exclusively valid for purchases made through J&E Baby & Mothercare Pte Ltd via the following authorized channels:

- E-commerce: Momcozy Authorized Store (Shopee)
- Retail Partners: J&E Baby & Mothercare authorized retailers
- Events: Mummys Market Baby Fairs
Important Note: Warranty claims for products purchased from any other sellers, unauthorized third-party platforms, or secondary marketplaces will not be honored by J&E Baby & Mothercare Pte Ltd.
Verification of Authorized Retailers
Customers are advised to confirm the authenticity of their retailer before purchase. To verify if a store is a J&E Baby & Mothercare Pte Ltd authorized partner, please contact our customer service team directly. Any seller not explicitly listed or verified through our official channels will not be eligible for our warranty program.
4. How to Claim
If you experience any issues with your device, please contact our support team and provide your proof of purchase along with a video description of the problem. Please note that attempting to open or repair the motor unit yourself will void the warranty.
