Find Your Perfect Fit
Using the correct flange size is essential for comfort and efficient milk output. Follow this guide to measure your size.
How to Measure
Stimulate
Stimulate your nipple so it stands up (do not measure when soft).
Measure Diameter
Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the diameter (width) of your nipple at the base. Do not include the areola. measure in millimeters (mm).
Calculate
Add 1-3mm to your nipple measurement to determine your recommended flange size. The flange should be slightly larger than your nipple to allow movement without rubbing.
Size Chart

Check Your Fit
Correct Fit
Your nipple moves freely in the tunnel. You see space around the nipple, but not too much of the areola is pulled in. It feels comfortable.
Too Small
Your nipple rubs against the sides of the tunnel. You may feel friction, redness, or pain during/after pumping.
Too Large
Too much areola is pulled into the tunnel. You may experience low suction or the pump may lose its seal easily.
